From here on, ER are understood to be full-time 69er members and EE (a.k.a. 69ee) are recruits. Reference to 69er includes both EE and ER. [TEAM]69er Rules: 1. First and foremost, we are all here to have fun. If you don't do well or we don't win, it's not the end of the world. We are a group of friends that enjoy playing video games. Just remember, if you find yourself NOT having fun, something is wrong with you. 2. Respect your teammates. Even subordinates shall be treated fairly. 3. Understand and follow the chain of command. 4. Fighting in "public" is not allowed. If you have a problem, bring it up in private (i.e. the forums). Do not flame each other on a public server. 5. Whenever possible, check the 69ee/er sections of the forums at least twice a week. 6. Do not let anyone else use your name (for example, letting your buddy play on your system without changing your player name). Any negative actions will be counted against you. 7. You may leave the team at any time. No reason need be given. Just give notice to a superior. 8. The charter members reserve the right to impose any punishment they see fit on any member who does not follow these rules. 1. All EE are technically on probation. This is a trial period for the ER to evaluate your performance and attitude. 2. You are a representative of the 69er. You are expected to show maturity at all times. Running your mouth (even to non-members) will not be tolerated. Disrespecting an ER will trigger an immediate investigation and probable dismissal. 3. EE's are not guaranteed promotion to ER. It must be earned. Also, there must be an opening in the ER roster, before you can be considered for promotion. 4. EE may be asked to fill in for ER during scrimmages and clan matches. You are not obligated to play, but if you accept, tardiness or no-shows will be considered insubordination. For the ER: 1. ER have the privilege and duty to admin the server and do it responsibly. 2. ER are required to help pay for the server hosting and any other fees that arise. If new fees are proposed, a vote will be taken. If you are experiencing financial difficulties and cannot afford the fees, please inform a superior immediately. |
