If you are still interested, email us HERE to request an application form. Alternatively, you can PM either XL69er or VR69er.

We will send you an application form along with an expanded rules. Please read the rules, completely fill out the application and send it back to us. We will review your application and respond ASAP.

Please note that we have a limited roster size and we will keep your applications on file. Do not be discouraged if you are denied, it could simply be bad timing.
